How does pre-orders work?

Pre-orders are open at a 2 week time period slot at a time. all orders must be in by midnight on the second Friday. All orders will be a 2-3 week process time from the time pre-orders close

When do Pre-orders happen?

Pre-orders open the first week of every month and end on the second week.

How do I change my mailing address?

submit a form in our “contact” tab with your correct address and order number.

Why should we Pre-order?

Pre-orders insure you get what you want in the size(s) you want!

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final, No refunds will be issued unless there is a mistake on our end.

What happens if my package gets lost in transit?

Unfortunately once packages are handed off to USPS we are no longer responsible for the package as we have no control over it.

When will my package ship?

All preorders will be shipped the next business day after I receive them. All items on hand will be shipped within 3 business days after order is confirmed. 

When are business days?

Business days are Monday-Saturday!
